Welcome to ABS TRADERS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website abstraders.online and our FBA prep and labeling services (together, the "Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

01Services

ABS TRADERS provides FBA prep and labeling services, including receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, kitting, prep and pack, and shipping products to Amazon fulfillment centers on behalf of our clients ("you"). We do not provide long-term storage or warehousing.

02Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate product, shipment, and account information.
• Ensure all products you send comply with Amazon's policies and all applicable laws.
• Not send prohibited, hazardous, counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items — including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, or heavily regulated goods.
• Own, or have the legal right to sell and ship, the products you send to us.

03Pricing & payment

• Prices are as quoted or listed on our Site and may change with notice.
• Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per your invoice.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe.
• Fees for completed services and materials are non-refundable once work has been performed.

04Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods supported by our payment processor. All payments are handled securely by Stripe; ABS TRADERS does not store your full card details. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

05Refunds & disputes

We want every client to be treated fairly. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before work begins: If you cancel a service request before we have started prepping or labeling your inventory, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for that order.
• After work is completed: Fees for prep, labeling, materials, and shipping are non-refundable once the work has been performed, as these cover labor and supplies already used.
• Errors on our part: If a unit is mislabeled or prepped incorrectly due to our error, we will re-prep the affected units at no charge, or refund the service fee for those units, at your choice.
• How to request a refund: Email info@abstraders.online or call (334) 219-7176 with your order details within 3 days of the charge. We review every request fairly and respond within 5 working days business days.
• Disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We aim to settle billing questions quickly and in good faith before any chargeback is filed.

06Turnaround times

We aim to process orders within our stated turnaround times, but these are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, Amazon, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

07No storage

ABS TRADERS is a prep and labeling service, not a warehouse. Inventory is prepped and shipped promptly. Any inventory that cannot be shipped due to missing information or non-compliance must be resolved quickly; unclaimed items may be returned at your cost or, after 7 days of no communication, disposed of.

08Liability

We take reasonable care in handling your products. However, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the service fees paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for losses caused by carriers, Amazon, manufacturing defects, or inaccurate information you provide.

09Prohibited items

We reserve the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any items that are illegal, hazardous, restricted, counterfeit, or that violate these Terms or Amazon's policies. Any costs incurred are your responsibility.

10Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by ABS TRADERS and may not be used without permission.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services to any client who violates these Terms or sends prohibited items.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABS TRADERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
